Milestone-based, six to sixteen weeks for most engagements. Weekly demos, shared repo, real production from day one. - 03
Launch
I run the launch alongside you. Evals, observability, on-call coverage for the first month included. - 04
Maintenance
Monthly retainer for evolution, model upgrades, and small features. Optional from month two — most clients keep it.
